   Those aged 18–120 that live in or around Bath, UK — or can get to the UK for the course.

   Those already in leadership in some capacity, and those who aspire to be.

   Those who want to be part of an exciting community of believers that are making a difference by becoming the difference.

   Those who aren't afraid of a challenge or being stretched outside of their comfort zone and go all in.
