Jenni Sandford-Nedoszytko
Jenni is an experienced leadership consultant, executive coach, educator, and speaker with more than 20 years of experience developing leaders, teams, and organisations across the UK and internationally.
She holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from Henley Business School and serves as a Lecturer at Henley Business School, where she teaches leadership, personal development, and organisational effectiveness. Her work combines academic insight with extensive real-world experience, enabling her to equip individuals and organisations to achieve meaningful and lasting transformation.
Jenni is a highly regarded international speaker, trainer, spiritual life and business mentor, Master Life Languages™ Communication Coach, CEO of Communication IQ Ltd, and Co-Founder of Be Then Do. Through her coaching, teaching, and consultancy work, she has helped leaders from diverse sectors gain greater clarity, confidence, purpose, and impact.
At the heart of Jenni's work is a passion for helping people discover their true identity, unlock their potential, and lead with authenticity, wisdom, and purpose. She believes that personal transformation is the foundation of effective leadership and lasting influence.
As Co-Founder and Director of the KLA, Jenni is bringing together her passion for leadership development, personal growth, and Kingdom impact — equipping and inspiring individuals to lead with purpose and make a meaningful difference in their spheres of influence.
Jenni is married to Paul, and together they live just outside the beautiful city of Bath in the United Kingdom.
